one vote per issue, Officer, and your designated Element Representative


Family Membership   $35.00 annually
two votes per household per issue, Officer, and one vote for your designated

Element Representative

Many members own more than one type of animal. U.A.P.P.E.A.L. has a dues structure permitting you to have a vote for more than one Element Representative. You must own or care for in accordance with the bylaws, Article V., Section 3, an animal in each chosen Element to qualify for these voting privileges.


Each Additional Element   $25.00 single/$35.00 family annually
allows one vote per additional Element Representative
